You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

• Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
• No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
• Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

House rules:

Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently.

• SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the apartment or balcony at any time. in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the condo, damage fee will be charged in full.
• No parking for trailers or motorcycles.
• Quiet time after 10PM
• No hanging towels in the balcony.
• Must be 21 years old or older to book and check in.
