MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

• Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
• No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
• Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently.

• SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN inside the house at any time. in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor, damage fee will be charged in full.
• Motorcycles can be parked in driveway. Trailers must be parked on side or in rear of house in accordance with city ordinance.
• Quiet time after 10PM.
• Must be 21 years old or older to book and check in.
