This charming condo features everything you need for a fun, beach trip. The kitchenette comes equipped with a full-sized fridge, microwave, 2 burner range, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Enjoy your meals in the intimate dining area. A queen bed with an overhead ceiling fan allows for comfortable sleeping. Adjacent to the bed is a sleeper sofa, allowing for additional sleeping space. Enjoy your favorite shows on the big screen TV while relaxing in the cozy seating area. The full bathroom features a spacious shower/tub combo. Guests will have full access to the private condo as well as the pool area with vending and ice machines and the onsite laundromat.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

• Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.

• Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently.
