This private and quiet vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new, stainless-steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. With all of the basic cooking necessities and a spacious dining area, you can enjoy relaxing meals at home with your family and friends. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa that allows additional sleeping space.

Each bedroom has comfortable beds, Smart TVs and plenty of clothing storage space. The newly remodeled bathrooms feature beautiful tile walls and glass showers — luxury to say the least!

This charming home is less than 2 miles from the family friendly Barefoot Landing where you can experience fine dining, shopping and attractions including Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Alabama Theatre and so much more! Enjoy a sunset dinner overlooking the marina at the world-famous Greg Norman’s Grill. This house is the front unit of a beach house duplex. There are 2 separate houses in the duplex. Each house is rented separately, and the guests will have private access to the entire unit including private entrance, private backyard with private pool, and free parking in driveway.
If you’re planning a getaway with a large group and need more space, please contact us to get information about booking both spaces.

Guests will have full access to the entire private front unit including the outdoor area and private pool.

• Free parking in driveway
• Parking is not allowed on the street.
• The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
• Guests cannot park on the neighbors’ driveway!
• For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

If you have a larger party or want to enjoy the space with family, the back unit is also offered for rent, based on availability, and sleeps 10 people. Please contact host for more details.

Note: The units are completely separated and private, the pool is shared.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self check-in with a smart lock. The host lives minutes away and can help with any issues.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

• Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
• No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
• Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

House rules:
Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently.

• SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the apartment or balcony at any time. in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the condo, damage fee will be charged in full.
• Quiet time after 10PM
• No hanging towels in the balcony.
• Must be 21 years old or older to book and check in.
