The full bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Soak up the sun by the expansive outdoor communal pool. You also have the option of enjoying the spacious indoor pool if the weather isn’t cooperating. This condo is just steps from the beach! Guests will have full access to the private condo as well as the pool area with vending and ice machines and the onsite laundromat. You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock. No pets. No smoking. No motorcycles or cars pulling trailers are allowed at St John’s Inn. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

Guest should report any issue immediately so the host can try resolve it quickly and efficiently. *SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the apartment or balcony at any time. in case of any evidence of smoking or smoking odor in the condo, damage fee will be charged in full. *Quiet time after 10PM *No hanging towels in the balcony. *No parking for trailers or motorcycles. *Must be 21 years old or older to book and check in. * There will be $50 charge for lost or broken pool bracelets and parking passes.
